Thirty days from the date payment is received. The application and review process happens before payment — once payment lands, the clock starts.
Two sets: yours (personal birth date, time, and location) and your business's (the date, time, and location of official formation). Both need to be as precise as possible — approximate times can affect the chart work. If your birth time is uncertain, a certified birth certificate from your birth location is the best source.
Your state's Department of Revenue or Secretary of State has the official formation date on file — most states offer online lookup by business name. If your business is not yet formally incorporated, you can still apply with that noted. The audit will rely more heavily on your personal chart in that case.
Yes. If you'd like to change your tier after submitting the application, reply to the approval email with the tier you'd prefer. A new checkout link will be sent for that amount.
Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are considered case-by-case. If you have a concern about your deliverables, reach out within thirty days of receiving them and it will be addressed directly.
