Terms of Service

These terms cover every purchase from Cosmic Career Clarity: the Fishpole app and website (fishpole.me and app.fishpole.me), the course site at learn.cosmiccareerclarity.com, and every reading, report, course and subscription we sell.

Who we are

Cosmic Career Clarity is the trading name of Regeneprise LLC, an Arizona company in Pima County. When you buy from us, your receipt and your card statement show Regeneprise LLC or a shortened form of Cosmic Career Clarity.

What you agree to when you buy

By purchasing any offering or otherwise engaging with Regeneprise LLC DBA Cosmic Career Clarity, you are voluntarily agreeing to these terms.

You agree that the astrologer is not responsible for predicting the future or for any decisions you make. Astrology is a healing art based on ancient and indigenous wisdom traditions and on celestial phenomena that are our rightful inheritance. It serves to help you understand yourself and your life. In jurisdictions where astrological readings legally fall under definitions of “fortune telling” or “divination”, these terms serve as disclosure that readings are for entertainment purposes only.

You agree and acknowledge that astrology is not a substitute for advice from licensed or otherwise credentialed professionals in other fields, including medicine, mental health, law and finance. Astrology and any services rendered here do not constitute medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. A license is not required to practice astrology in Pima County, Arizona.

Readings and reports are prepared from the information you provide, including birth date, time and location. You affirm that this information was legally and ethically obtained and is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Regeneprise LLC DBA Cosmic Career Clarity reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion, for non-adherence to the policies set out here, and to avoid harm or injury.

By engaging with Regeneprise LLC DBA Cosmic Career Clarity, you voluntarily agree to hold harmless Regeneprise LLC DBA Cosmic Career Clarity and all of its members, forever releasing and fully discharging them from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and rights, whether known or unknown, relating in any way to your dealings with them.

Refunds and cancellations

We keep this simple and we keep it honest, so you know where you stand before you buy.

Digital products

The Starter Kit, the individual courses, the bundles, the Breakthrough Boundaries Masterclass, the Business Blueprint, Cosmic Mastery, and every written or audio reading and report are digital products. Access is issued the moment your purchase completes, and once it is issued the purchase is final. It cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Payment plans

A payment plan spreads the price of a digital product over three or six monthly payments. Each payment is due on its date. If a payment fails, we email you so you can update your card, and the payment is retried. You can stop a payment plan at any time by letting the remaining payments lapse or by emailing us. If the plan ends before every payment has been made, your access closes and your account returns to the free tier. Payments already made are not refunded.

Subscriptions

Venus Star Point Practitioner and AI Career Coaching begin with an 8-day free trial. A card is required to begin and nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. App Access has no trial.

After the trial, you can cancel at any time. To cancel, email us from the address on your account and we will confirm by reply. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free tier. Payments already made are not refunded. Your saved charts and conversations stay with your account, so if you come back later they are still there.

The Business Audit

The Business Audit is custom work, delivered within thirty days of payment. Once the deliverables are sent, the purchase is final. If something in your deliverables is wrong, tell us within thirty days of receiving them and we will put it right.

Your acknowledgment at checkout

When you complete a purchase you confirm that you want access to begin at once, that you understand you are buying a digital product or service delivered immediately, and that, where your local law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period, you agree that this right ends when access begins.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Because purchases are final, we do not process refunds. If a refund or chargeback is nonetheless issued through your card company or our payment processor, access to everything covered by that payment is removed at once and your account returns to the free tier.

If a charge on your statement looks unfamiliar, please email us before opening a dispute and we will explain the charge.

Closing your account and deleting your data

You can delete your account whenever you choose. Open Settings in the app and select delete, or send a request at fishpole.me/privacy/request. We verify that the request comes from you, then the 7-day cancellation window begins. During those seven days you can withdraw the request and keep everything as it was.

When the window ends, we delete your account and your data from our live systems. Copies held in encrypted backups expire within 90 days, and we never use a backup to bring a deleted account back.

An active subscription or payment plan is cancelled when the deletion happens. Deleting an account does not create a refund. The Refunds and cancellations section of these terms governs what is and is not refunded.

A small amount survives. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires, which is seven years. On the Cosmic Career Clarity site, WooCommerce order records are kept as tax records for seven years too. We also keep a deletion record for 90 days. It holds a one-way HMAC (a scrambled code that cannot be turned back into your email address) plus the Stripe customer id and the course-platform user id. We keep those so we can finish erasing your data in those outside systems and refuse any stale or late-arriving event that mentions you. After that, only a hash-only ledger entry with no name, email or content remains, so a deleted account stays deleted after any restore.

We may close an account for abuse or for non-payment, and we will tell you by email when we do. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and what you can ask us to change or remove.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. The terms in force when you bought are the terms that apply to that purchase.
